MEDA LAB REVIEW NETWORK
Review patient-requested laboratory testing, ask clarifying questions, and authorize only the orders you independently determine are appropriate.
Development preview. Real credentialing, contracting, malpractice coverage verification, and laboratory routing are not active.Compensation is for the documented review service and cannot depend on approving an order, the number of tests, or the value of laboratory referrals.
Requests are routed only to clinicians whose verified license and coverage permit them to care for a patient in that patient's location.
Normal, expected results may use an approved explanation. Abnormal, critical, ambiguous, and plan-changing results return to a clinician before Emily communicates them.
WHAT REVIEWERS DO
MEDA places the patient's words, relevant history, suggested clarifying questions, current ICD-10-CM references, possible tests, and any available prior results in one review packet.
