Waiting for the App Store launch?
Join the launch notification list once. We’ll email you when MEDA is available. Joining is free, does not create a member account and does not start a subscription. We do not have a confirmed App Store release date yet.
Already a free tester?
Follow the iPhone setup guide. Your Apple TestFlight invitation installs MEDA; your MEDA email and password sign you into it. Those are separate steps. Existing free testers remain free.
Membership and payments
Review existing membership and billing. New paid enrollment is paused. Planned annual membership is $349/year with 60 Emily minutes each month. Doctor visits and lab tests are not included.
Contact MEDA
Include your account email and the error wording. Never send passwords, payment card details or health information. To leave the launch list, email us with the subject “Remove me from the MEDA launch list.”
MEDA is not an emergency service. The current pilot uses made-up examples only and does not provide diagnosis, prescriptions, doctor visits or lab testing.
